Channel Program Manager

Location: Remote, USA - Candidates must reside in the United States. Candidates in the Rochester New York, Las Vegas, or Denver area will be given preference.

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 annually, and a bonus target of $10,000 per year

Position Overview:   As the Channel Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously managing Pharos’ channel partner program. You will focus on creating the processes, tools, and logistical support that empower partners to effectively engage with our company. Your goal is to ensure they have the right resources, information, and operational backing to succeed. By streamlining operations and driving efficiency, you will enable our partners to concentrate on selling, increase revenue, and ultimately strengthen Pharos’ overall channel strategy.

 Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Program Management & Optimization

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the channel partner program to ensure efficiency, scalability, and ease of use for partners.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, partner agreements, and processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor, track, and report on program performance, ensuring KPIs are met and identifying areas for improvement.
Partner Enablement & Incentives
  • Develop and manage partner incentive structures (e.g., discounts, rebates, SPIFF programs) that drive sales growth and reward high-performing partners.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary training, tools, and marketing resources to effectively sell Pharos solutions and grow their business.
  • Cultivate a culture of self-sufficiency among partners by empowering them with the knowledge and resources to drive independent sales.
Operational Support & Deal Assistance
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner inquiries related to program logistics, policies, incentives, and processes, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the quote-to-close process for partner-led deals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with partner agreements.
  • Support partners in managing requests for quotes, ensuring all details are in line with contractual agreements and facilitating smooth deal execution.
Compliance & Program Governance
  • Oversee partner compliance with program guidelines, discount structures, incentive programs, and deal registration policies.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure program integrity and monitor adherence to terms across the partner ecosystem.
  • Support periodic program reviews and updates, ensuring the program stays relevant, efficient, and aligned with company objectives.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in channel management, partner relationship management, or a related role within the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting channel partners in selling products or solutions.
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to channel partners and customers.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to manage orders and requests from partners effectively.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing feedback from to drive strategic decision-making and product development efforts.
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and the ability to collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Experience working remotely or in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) software and other sales enablement tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
