As a Sales Account Executive, you can expect to earn a rewarding salary target of $200,000 per year, which consists of a base salary of $80,000 and a generous commission of $120,000. This commission is based on a realistic sales goal of $600,000 first year, which you can realistically achieve with the help of a substantial company-provided pipeline of qualified leads and prospects. You will also have access to the best tools and resources to generate your own opportunities and grow your client base.

Location:  

Candidates must reside in the United States. Candidates in the Rochester New York, Las Vegas, or   Denver area will be given preference. This position can be hybrid or remote for the right candidate.  

Your role will involve creating and implementing a strategic sales plan that aligns with corporate objectives and drives revenue growth in the assigned territory. You will be able to use your skills and experience to identify and close high-value opportunities, and establish Pharos as a trusted leader in the industry. You will also build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients, acting as a thought leader and a partner. You will leverage your technical aptitude and sales expertise to drive innovation, collaboration, and measurable results, ultimately contributing to Pharos' strategic growth objectives.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned with corporate objectives to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and capitalize on lucrative sales opportunities with a focus on large cloud software deals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients and resellers to establish Pharos as a trusted partner.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the industry, staying informed about market trends and leveraging insights to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Represent Pharos as a leading provider of innovative solutions, effectively communicating value propositions to key stakeholders.
  • Lead regional sales efforts with a willingness to travel, ensuring consistent engagement with clients and headquarters.
  • Deepen understanding of Pharos products and solutions, enabling compelling presentations.
  • Showcase Pharos' competitive differentiation through compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations.

What you bring to the job

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the enterprise SaaS industry.
  • A track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing large deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong technical aptitude and knowledge and the ability to learn quickly.
