We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on Product Marketing and Sales Enablement to act as the vital link between our product, customers, and go-to-market teams. In this role, you’ll drive growth through impactful enablement, training, and clear communication. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll influence sales success, elevate customer engagement, and position our solutions as the market leader.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you’ll take on diverse responsibilities, from analyst relations to crafting compelling product narratives, ensuring our internal teams and external audiences are informed, inspired, and empowered.

Location: Remote - Must currently reside in the United States and possess valid authorization to work in the U.S.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually + participation in the company’s bonus pool

Responsibilities:
  • Product marketing & launches: Own product release communications, launches, and ongoing promotion to drive growth, awareness, and adoption of new features.
  • Sales enablement: Create enablement materials including demo scripts, product demos, pitch decks, and training guides to support our sales team as well as partner sales teams and improve conversion rates.
  • Customer communication & education: Serve as a communication bridge to customers, delivering updates, training, and educational materials.
  • Market & competitive research: Stay ahead of trends and competitors to provide insights that influence product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Internal subject matter expert: Be the go-to resource internally for product knowledge, customer use cases, and market insights.
  • Adoption & conversion: Help increase product adoption of new releases/features and improve conversion rates from engagement to closed deals.
  • Analyst relations: Build and maintain relationships with key industry analysts, ensuring the company is represented and positioned effectively in the market.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, enablement, or sales (preferably in SaaS or cloud-based solutions) at a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to translate complex product features into compelling, customer-facing narratives and materials.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience developing and delivering demos, decks, and training content.
  • Familiarity with competitive research, go-to-market strategies, and analyst engagement.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
